Yes. We can tailor sizing and some design details. Custom pieces are made to order and aren’t eligible for return/exchange (see policy for details).
Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags. Custom items aren’t returnable. Start a request via our Returns page.
You can cancel within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, changes/cancellations may be limited, and orders can’t be canceled after shipment.
At TV Jackets, every jacket is made-to-order with precision and care, so production time affects delivery. We currently offer three shipping options: Free Shipping (20–25 working days, no cost), Standard Shipping (15–20 working days, charges may apply by location), and Express Shipping (7–10 working days, additional charges apply).
We ship with trusted couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our workshop.
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.

Spot-clean with a damp cloth; use leather conditioner sparingly. Avoid heat and direct sunlight. Dry clean when needed; follow the care tag.
