Your complaints will be bothered for 15 days as per our return and exchange strategy. After 7 days we will not be answerable for your loss because we can take action if you cooperate within 7 days after placing your order.

The Refund Policy Is Valid In The Following Situations:
- If the buyer makes no variation in the item
- If they are not removing labels or tags
- The product should be find in the same condition in which it is delivered. if you have any color, size and quality or material issue we will help you to give a chance of return, refund or exchange for our customers satisfaction.
- After 7 days, if someone want to return, they will be able to receive half out of the full price of any product but in that case if they are replacing an order a foreign address.
The Refund Policy Is Not Adaptable In The Following Situations:

- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card/account that was used for the original purchase.
- If an item is returned due to sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued as sizes are reconfirmed after an order is placed by the customer. In case of an exchange, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping costs for the return.
- During the return/exchange process, as part of our standard operating procedure, our agents may ask customers to share pictures with measurements or any other details depending on the situation.
- Damages occurred by the customer, or used products will not be entertained for a refund/exchange.
- You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
- Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
- Actual Shipping cost will be deducted if an item is returned against a refund.
- If a customer returns a product for a refund, they will receive the entire refund amount in the form of store credit.
